At the Lodge - 3rd March 2008

Lodge Lecture | Class

Lodge Lecture

It is always a pleasure to welcome Judith Levy to to the Lodge. She is an established businesswoman and therefore she brings a very different slant to astrology. Her talk this evening focused on business first of all under the influence of Pluto in Sagittarius with its fire inspiration in learning, travel, expansion, education and Saturn in Leo with its focus on branding, wearing the brand everywhere where it is visible. She looked at the Alan Sugar model and at his chart 24th March 1947 (no time available) with his Sun in Aries, Saturn in Leo, Mars in Pisces.

Then she looked at the benefits of Saturn in Virgo. More order, order in food, fashion. She also looked at the bringing down of world order when Saturn comes into opposition with Uranus. Also Pluto in Capricorn. Pluto will be in and out of these signs all year. This should bring much more ethical leadership in business for example Fair Trade, bio diesel, plastic bags and globalisation, including call centres. Corporate responsibility.

She then looked briefly at all the periods of Pluto going into earth from fire throughout the ages from the time of the birth of Christianity through to modern times.

Class

This was the last class in the series and this week Andrew tried to bring in everything he had been talking about of the past few weeks. We looked at Mars with not much gravity or atmosphere. It rules Aries and Scorpio. He looked at the chart of Arnold Schwarzanegger, 30 July 1947, 04:10, Graz, Austria. Also his 5th harmonic chart. Also the chart of David Beckham 2nd May 1975, Leytonstone, London, 06.17 and finally Prince Harry 15/9/84, 01:00, London, looking also at his 7th harmonic chart which deals with whatever turns you on, what inspires you.

He then went on to look at Venus which is the brightest planet in the sky apart from the Moon. It is the hottest planet in the solar system. It has clouds of sulphuric acid and no magnetic field.
