Lodge Lecture

Carole Taylor was our guest this evening and her choice of subject was The Dark Side of the Moon. Often functioning out of range of our rational and critical faculties, the astrological Moon represents our most basic needs and instincts. Potentially both nurturing and destructive the Moon requires us to value and honour our own internal rhythms and responses just as much as we value our development on a solar level. Tonight Carole explored the Moon through poetry, myth and image.

Class

The second class on Amulet Making with Kim Farnell focused on Timing. The timing of making the Amulet is almost as important as the materials used and so the class looked at how to elect the right time to make the Amulet.
